This service is ideal if you’re looking for someone to take the lead, coordinating with your venue and overseeing suppliers to make sure your dream day goes off without a hitch and exceeds your expectations.
What’s included
- I will step in at least 3 months prior to your wedding to gain a full understanding of your vision and requirements.
- I will create a detailed wedding day timeline for your suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- I will also arrange an appointment with your venue point of contact, to discuss all of your plans and build a relationship with them on the lead up to your wedding.
- This will also involve a minimum of 2 additional face to face appointments where we can discuss any questions or worries you may have leading up to your wedding day.
- 2 weeks prior to your wedding, I will conduct follow-up calls with all suppliers to discuss and confirm all final details.
- On the day of your wedding, I will provide on-site coordination for up to 10 hours to ensure everything is going to plan.
- Additional hours can be arranged
